Work on-site in a dynamic, supportive school setting near Gurnee, IL, with full-time hours (approximately 33.25 per week) and a strong emphasis on collaboration with educators, administrators, and families.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with Social Work endorsement for Illinois
• Proven experience as a Social Worker within a school or educational setting
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to in-person service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students through one-on-one and small group counseling
• Develop and implement intervention plans for academic or behavioral concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to identify student needs
