Supply Chain Launch Manager-Orthopaedics

DePuy Synthes seeks a Supply Chain Launch Manager to lead orthopaedic product launches and lifecycle programs across multiple manufacturing sites. The role involves developing supply chain strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence from product development through market stabilization.
Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain readiness on global new product development and lifecycle programs from charter through stabilization
- Design and establish value chains aligned with business functions and strategic objectives
- Provide end-to-end program management across commercial, R&D, quality, planning, and supply chain partners
- Build and mentor multi-functional teams while driving accountability to supply chain readiness processes
- Deliver project communications to leadership and manage business issues escalation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum six years in manufacturing, planning, procurement, or related healthcare industry roles
- Project management experience with demonstrated methodology application and resource management
- Data analytics skills and financial acumen for project management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities across organizational levels
- Experience in complex matrix organizations and cross-partner collaboration
- Medical device industry background preferred; Six Sigma or Lean certification a plus
