Essential Functions Assess the patient's physical and psychological condition on an ongoing basis throughout the continuum of care. Document appropriately the information obtained from the ongoing assessment. Share significant assessment data with the appropriate discipline. Adhere to the Westerly Hospital policies and procedures. 2. Staff/Self Development Act as a clinical resource and role model. Actively participate in training and educational activities for other staff members. 3. Customer Service Demonstrate a high level of respect, dignity, compassion and professionalism for all customers by utilizing the four tenets of Patient Family and Centered Partnership. 4. Employee Collaboration and Teamwork Recognize and value the contributions of fellow employees and display cooperation and teamwork. 5. Resource Utilization Report to work on time, prepared to work, and follow hospital policies for notice of lateness/absenteeism and time off requests. Experience Previous Geriatric Psych experience preferred; Previous hospital experience preferred. Licensure Current RI Nursing License and BLS required; CPI training within 1 year of employment.
