Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting

What You’ll Actually Be Doing Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) Prepare consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet fluctuation analyses for management reporting Provide analysis of financial results to management (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks) Perform internal control procedures and maintain compliance with SOX Partner with internal and external business partners (domestic and international) to ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and controls Drive to continuously create efficiencies by identifying and implementing process improvements, automation, and AI tools Ad-hoc projects as necessary You’re Our Person If... BA in Accounting, Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. 3+ years of overall general accounting experience; high tech industry & public accounting experience a plus. Strong Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Table & VLOOKUP experience) and ability to work with large volumes of transactional data. Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Strong understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance. Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to meet critical business deadlines. Strong time management, organizational, and ownership skills. Even Better If... CPA preferred. Experience with Workday Financials or other large ERP. Experience with Tableau. Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, Slackbot, and Claude. Accounting experience in a publicly traded company. Quick learner, ability to identify issues and resolve problems.
