We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing team in Souderton, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating processing equipment, monitoring production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to following established procedures and safety standards.

Manufacturing Associate Job Details:

Location: Souderton, PA

Pay: $21-$23/hour
Shifts: 

• 2nd shift: 2 PM-12:30 AM, Tuesday-Friday 
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–8:30am, Tuesday–Friday 
• Night Swing Shift: 6:00pm–6:30am, rotating schedule (3 to 4 day work week)

Manufacturing Associate Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production and processing equipment
• Measure, inspect, and document product quality throughout the process
• Set up equipment and make basic process adjustments as needed
• Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns

Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or processing experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
