Front of House Manager
Columbia, SC
An established upscale Southern restaurant in Columbia is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our leadership team. Located in the heart of downtown Columbia, we are known for our scratch kitchen, elevated dining experience, and commitment to genuine Southern hospitality. This is an opportunity to become part of one of Columbia's most respected dining destinations while helping lead a talented and passionate team.
We are seeking a hands on hospitality leader who thrives on the floor, enjoys developing people, and understands what it takes to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is polished, energetic, and committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $60,000 to $65,000
Performance based bonus program

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily front of house operations
Coach, train, and develop service team members
Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and hospitality standards
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor performance
Support operational execution and service consistency
Foster a positive and professional team culture
Handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism
Qualifications
Previous management experience in a full service restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Ability to perform in a fast paced, high volume environment
Experience developing and retaining top talent
Professional appearance and demeanor
