Hours: 8am - 5pm CST M-F

Responsibilities

? Communicate with customers via phone and email

? Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

? Process customer quotes, orders and returns

? Troubleshoot and resolve product, website, shipping questions and concerns

? Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on

sales, and offering promotional sales items to benefit our customers.

? Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

? Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

? At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant Call Center experience

? Commercial kitchen parts experience a +

? Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

? Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

? Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly-changing environment

? Experience with customer quotes, orders, and returns
