ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1993 and currently lead a team of seven. I've spent more than 33 years with State Farm and worked in banking before beginning my State Farm career. I'm a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where I earned my B.S. and was a quarterback, team captain, and four-year letterman. That experience helped shape the teamwork, discipline, and commitment I bring to the agency today.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Matthew Knizner - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
