Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!**Location:** Faribault, MN - In-Office**Your Responsibilities:*** Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.* Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.* Administers Human Resources transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.* Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.* Provides recommendations regarding resolution of employee relations issues.* Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.* Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.* Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.* Maintains Affirmative Action Plan and ensures compliance with OFCCP regulations.* Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.**Your Qualifications:*** Bachelors Degree In Human Resources or related* 6-8 years of experience in a Human Resources Management role* 4+ years of people leadership* Professional in Human Resources (preferred)**Your Benefits:**Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:* Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance* 401K retirement plan with employer match* Paid time off and company paid holidays* Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law* Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $148,000 in MN.
