Primary Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate transaction matching
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping operations
- Support reporting and additional accounting functions as needed
- 5-10 years of Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeping experience required
- Associate's degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
