What You Will Be Doing

• Support specimen collection and sample preparation for testing as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, aid in training new team members or students, and maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education Required

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Ensure maintenance of current certification throughout your tenure.
