The role has a strong emphasis on Accounts Receivable and cash application , making it ideal for a bookkeeper who is comfortable managing incoming payments and maintaining clean, accurate records.

What You'll Do

• Manage daytoday bookkeeping activities
• Handle Accounts Receivable , including invoicing support, cash application, and payment tracking
• Apply and reconcile incoming payments (checks, ACH, wires)
• Maintain accurate customer account records and resolve discrepancies
• Support general ledger activity, reconciliations, and reporting
• Assist with monthend close tasks as needed
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records

What We're Looking For

• Prior bookkeeping experience with a strong AR and cash application background (Huge Plus)
• Strong attention to detail and followthrough
• Comfortable working independently in an onsite environment
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Reliable, organized, and deadlinedriven
