Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to gauge mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modern rehabilitation modalities to support recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, injury prevention strategies, and efficient methods for self-care and maintenance of health.
• Foster collaborative relationships with physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and other healthcare providers to ensure that comprehensive treatment plans are uniformly applied and adjustments are made based on the patient's evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, documenting progress and modifying treatment plans to reflect changes in patient conditions and therapy outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary team meetings to report on patient progress and propose innovations in treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
