Immigration Paralegal (Temporary) — EB-3/H-1B Focus

Medical Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced paralegal to join a result-driven team for a temporary assignment from September 2026 to January 2027. You will support clients (healthcare providers) and candidates navigating U.S. immigration processes, handling EB-3, H1B, OPT, TN, F1 and F2 visa matters. The role reports to the Director of Legal Services and involves coordinating with the legal team, client managers, and offshore staff in the Philippines to meet deadlines and #J-18808-Ljbffr Medical Solutions
