Paralegal

Correspond with potential clients during the intake process and maintain regular communication with existing clients for active cases. Primary work is with EB-3, H1B, OPT, TN, F1 and F2 visas. Prepare immigration petitions and responses to Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reconsider, Responses to Notices of Intent to Deny. Oversee and lead various projects and deadlines. May require researching unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions. Requirements NC Paralegal Certification Associate’s Degree Preferred At least two years of experience, Immigration Law preferred Solid writing and verbal communication skills Must be organized and detail oriented Ability to effectively multitask Ability to adhere and meet strict deadlines Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Immigration Law, particularly with EB-3, H1B, OPT, TN, F1, and F2 visas, while effectively managing client communications and project deadlines.
