Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing legal team. This role provides comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of family law matters, from case intake through trial preparation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion when working with clients during emotionally sensitive situations. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and case files. Assist with case management from intake through resolution. Communicate with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Conduct legal research, investigations, and fact gathering. Schedule appointments, hearings, mediations, and depositions. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and case materials. Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines are met. Deliver a high level of client service with professionalism, discretion, and empathy. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Family Law paralegal experience required. Strong knowledge of family law procedures, court filings, legal terminology, and litigation processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Paralegal certification preferred. Notary Public certification preferred.
