Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Harness) 1st Shift- Millennium Space Systems

Job Description The Integration Lead will be responsible for managing the end‑to‑end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. Acting as a liaison between teams, the Lead ensures cross‑functional alignment, maintains project timelines, and validates technical solutions. Position Responsibilities Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies, improve production efficiency, and optimize product quality Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate them Conducts staffing and cost analyses Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation Represents manufacturing on production‑related issues Establishes and maintains production schedules Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment 1+ year of experience leading teams 1+ year of hands‑on experience building wiring harnesses Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Experience in the aerospace industry Proficiency with PC applications, especially Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI) Conflict of Interest Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
