Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose your working hours, with a core schedule from Monday to Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesYour daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to understand their physical conditions, movement dysfunctions, and treatment goals.Designing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, clinical guidelines, and evidence-based practices.Implementing therapeutic exercise techniques to enhance patients' strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.Utilizing various modalities, including stimulation and massage, to promote healing and pain relief.Instructing and assisting patients in the proper use of therapeutic equipment, such as wheelchairs and walkers.Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records to document progress, goals, and modifications to treatment plans.Providing education to patients and their families regarding home treatment options and exercises to foster independence and ongoing recovery.Patient Population / Client FocusAt Agility Peak Physical Therapy, our patient population includes individuals of all ages presenting with diverse conditions ranging from post-surgical recovery and sports injuries to chronic illnesses and neurological disorders. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with each patient, fostering meaningful connections that contribute to their rehabilitation process.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, documenting patient interactions and treatment plans.A genuine passion for patient care and the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.Preferred ExperienceWhile our organization values a variety of experiences, candidates with at least two years of clinical experience are preferred. Familiarity with rehabilitation methodologies and a proactive approach in implementing evidence-based practices will be especially beneficial.Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
