Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations, accurately diagnosing mental health conditions in patients.
• Manage medication regimens effectively, monitoring patients for side effects and therapeutic outcomes to optimize treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with primary care providers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to patients experiencing episodes of emotional distress or psychiatric emergencies.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to educate the public about mental health awareness and available resources.
• Deliver therapeutic support and psychoeducation through counseling sessions that empower patients to manage their mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
