Every day brings new opportunities to make an impact while building your expertise in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.Where You Come In:You provide technical support for equipment, processes, and electronics used within Dexcom’s Operations, Engineering, and Research & Development environments.You troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment, processes, and electronics to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.You perform preventive maintenance activities and maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and spare parts inventories.You collaborate with equipment manufacturers and internal partners to maintain equipment, processes, and electronics in a safe and functional condition.You support the programming, integration, and operation of automated equipment and systems while developing specialized expertise in your assigned area.You contribute to equipment, process, and electronics development projects by assisting with planning, purchasing, assembly, installation, testing, and implementation activities.You work closely with project engineers and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and support continuous improvement initiatives with minimal supervision.You prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation and records as required.You perform additional responsibilities as assigned, including group leader activities and support for team objectives.You follow all applicable safety requirements and perform assigned duties using appropriate safety precautions.What Makes You Successful:You are skilled at troubleshooting and repairing equipment, process, and electronics issues while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.You have experience performing preventive maintenance and maintaining equipment reliability in a manufacturing, engineering, or R&D environment.You bring strong technical knowledge of equipment, automated systems, processes, and electronics.You can effectively support the programming, integration, and operation of automated equipment and technologies.You have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and tasks.Your problem-solving and analytical skills enable you to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.You are comfortable collaborating with engineers, technicians, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.You have strong organizational skills and maintain accurate technical documentation, maintenance records, and project information.Your attention to detail helps ensure equipment performance, product quality, and compliance with safety requirements.You demonstrate a commitment to safety, continuous learning, teamwork, and operational excellence.Please note: The information contained herein is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties and responsibilities of the job, nor are they intended to be an all-inclusive list of the skills and abilities required to do the job.
