Property Manager

About Us 8 PM, Inc. is a fast-growing property management company overseeing 850+ units across Los Angeles. We’re building a high-performance team and looking for a sharp, organized, and reliable Property Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities with minimal oversight. What You’ll Do Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties Communicate with tenants, owners, and vendors (phone, email, in-person) Process applications, leases, notices, and rent collection Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections Oversee Airbnb/short-term rental listings, bookings, and guest communication Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry Conduct on-site visits for inspections and vendor coordination Handle occasional after-hours issues when needed Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish (required) 1+ year of property management experience (preferred) Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented and proactive Comfortable working independently Experience with AppFolio and Google Drive is a plus Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation + smart phone Full-time M-F schedule Why Join Us?
