Collaborate with our agency leadership to refine our sales strategy and improve the client experience.

Participate in local community events to build our brand presence and foster meaningful connections.

Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in sales or client advisory roles.

Proven track record of managing and growing a client base.

Clear and articulate communication skills, both in person and on the phone.

Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.

Self-motivated work ethic with a genuine desire to solve problems for others.
