Cultivate and expand your own book of business by connecting with families and small business owners throughout the Forest area.

Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure each client receives protection that aligns with their specific lifestyle and goals.

Present insurance solutions clearly, explaining complex concepts in ways that make sense to the everyday person.

Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring every lead receives prompt, thoughtful attention.

Participate in local community events to build awareness and share the value of our agency.

Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of Virginia.

Three or more years of successful sales experience, preferably within the insurance sector.

Strong track record of building and managing a client pipeline.

Deep understanding of policy types, coverage limits, and industry regulations.

Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with insurance management systems and standard office software.
