You worked hard to become a Physical Therapist. Your first job should help you become a great one. Starting your career can be exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. Too often, new graduates are given a full caseload and told that mentorship is available “if you need it.” At SOMA Physical and Occupational Therapy, we believe new clinicians deserve something better. We are looking for a new graduate Physical Therapist who wants to develop strong clinical reasoning, confidence, communication skills, and a foundation for a long-term career in outpatient physical therapy. That is why our mentorship is intentional, structured, and built into how we develop therapists. How We Practice Patients are treated by licensed therapists, not techs or aides Individualized, evidence-based care Therapists are encouraged to think critically rather than simply follow protocols Leadership is accessible and involved Clinical excellence without unnecessary corporate bureaucracy A supportive team that works hard and celebrates wins together The position primarily includes treating adults with orthopedic conditions, with occasional neurological cases.
