Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and formulate tailored treatment plans addressing their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a balanced caseload, ensuring you dedicate appropriate time and attention to each patient, thereby fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement effective intervention strategies, including manual therapy techniques and exercise programs.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive strategies to minimize the risk of future injuries.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary to maximize patient progress and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic medical records (EMR) using WebPT, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to develop integrated care strategies that improve overall patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure a clear understanding of the rehabilitation process and encourage active involvement in their recovery.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, continuing education allowances, and opportunities for professional development.
