Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to establish baselines, understand injury mechanics, and outline individualized treatment goals.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training methodologies tailored to enhance patient recovery.
• Educate patients on their conditions, providing insights on rehabilitation protocols, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies to empower them throughout their recovery journey.
• Monitor patient progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal outcomes and enhancing quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to create a cohesive treatment approach and share insights on patient development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment methods, and any necessary modifications in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will uniquely focus on an outpatient orthopedic population, treating a diverse group of patients with conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid New York State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
