Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive assessments of physical function, pain levels, and mobility limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription, to facilitate recovery and enhance functional independence.
• Educate and empower patients through instructional sessions on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and overall wellness strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continuous improvement and maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We nurture a diverse patient demographic, including active adults, athletes, and seniors. Qualifications

• Hold a valid New York Physical Therapist license.
• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
