Our client is continuing to invest in its benefits/HR operations division and is searching for a leader who wants to own the day-to-day process, develop a talented team, and become a trusted partner for both clients and internal leadership. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being visible, collaborating across the business, and building relationships with clients just as much as coaching employees. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for delivering exceptional employee benefits administration and client service. Partner with clients on complex benefits questions while serving as a trusted resource and relationship manager. Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Client Services, and Operations to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. Help build the future of the department by developing talent, strengthening procedures, and preparing the team for continued growth.
