• Assist in specimen collection, preparing samples for testing as necessary.
• Document all procedures meticulously, engage in training new staff or students, and help maintain high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe workspace, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Licensure/Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within one year of hire.
• Maintain your current certification throughout your employment tenure.
