Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory analysis-covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology-according to established protocols.
Ensure result accuracy through thorough analysis, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Assist in specimen collection and preparation for testing as required.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of all laboratory processes, train new hires or students, and uphold high standards of quality in lab operations.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment while adhering to all regulatory guidelines and accreditation requirements.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health, in addition to preparing for ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
