Associate Practice Engagement Manager

Driving growth within the Digital Experience practice, the full-time Associate Practice Engagement Manager will manage client relationships, develop business opportunities, and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes while working remotely across the US. Key responsibilities Manage client relationships and the opportunity management cycle from prospecting to closing Develop and maintain a robust pipeline in collaboration with sales teams and through direct client engagement Partner with delivery and consulting teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service execution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or 7+ years of progressive experience in sales/relationship/account management Strong understanding of service offerings and proven experience engaging C-level stakeholders Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading presentations Broad exposure to IT and business consulting engagements Experience in negotiation and collaboration with internal stakeholders
