Assistant TO The Director

Overview Position Overview – Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Nichols Concert Hall, while coordinating artist hospitality, contracts, scheduling, event logistics, and daily administrative operations. Responsibilities Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence. Coordinate contracts, invoices, licensing, and event documentation. Support artist hospitality and front-of-house staffing. Assist with event calendar management and box office operations. Partner with Production and Finance to support events. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Administrative or executive support experience. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
