LPN or RN-Weekend Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator LPN or RN-Weekend Supervisor Schedule & Benefits: Schedule: Part-time, Weekend Supervisor 7-3p & 3-11p (every weekend, doubles) Work today; Get paid today option available Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental, and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Complete Care at Brick is an equal opportunity employer.
