Employment Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a 3rd to 5th year associate for its Employment Litigation group in New York, New York. The role involves significant responsibility and direct client interaction, offering a dynamic work environment. Duties Work on pre‑litigation matters and high‑profile employment cases. Handle systemic discrimination and wage and hour class actions. Respond to administrative charges and conduct internal investigations. Counsel clients on a variety of employment issues. Manage complex cases and take an active role in legal proceedings. Take and defend depositions, make court appearances, and argue motions. Participate in mediations and related legal work. Requirements Excellent academic credentials. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. At least 2 years of litigation experience. Membership in the New York State Bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications New York State Bar membership. Skills Outstanding interpersonal and writing skills.
