The firm represents employers in workplace disputes nationwide. Associates litigate employment claims in state and federal court, defend agency charges of discrimination, and represent employers at mediation and in arbitration 50 covering discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employment-related contract claims, and employment torts. The role also includes counseling employers on compliance with fair employment laws and related risk management, including dispute resolution programs.
