Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Active state licensure as required for practice in New Jersey
• Previous experience working within educational settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusivity and supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and administrators to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer guidance, training, and resources to school staff and families regarding best practices in communication support
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements
