IT Support Technician

We're looking for an L1/L2 IT Support Technician to join our team in Reynoldsburg, OH.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems
• Use backup and recovery tools and perform basic firewall administration
• Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols
• Manage client requests using CRM and ticketing systems
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Skills You'll Need

• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced service environment
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new technologies and expand your skill set
• 1–3 years of hands-on PC support experience
• Microsoft 365 (Office 365) experience
• General knowledge of PC hardware, cloud services, networking, and business applications

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$25/hour, based on experience
