Architectural Designer

Architectural Designer Location: Charlotte, NC Reports to: Architectural Team Leader What You Will Do Prepare schematics, design development, and construction documents. Develop, modify, and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications. Research materials to determine appropriate selection for projects. Plan, coordinate, and administer projects from the initial programming stages through to construction administration. Review construction submittals and assist the project manager in construction administration. Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems. What You Will Bring 5‑year bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture. Architectural License preferred. LEED certification is preferred. 3 or more years of job‑related experience, preferably in the design of complex facilities. Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketchup, and Photoshop software. Demonstrated ability to engage effectively and confidently with diverse personalities and communication styles, while fostering and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Time‑management skills. Compensation Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
