Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of a diverse client population, including individuals facing crisis situations, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based methodologies, regularly assessing and adjusting goals to meet clients' evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, participating in regular case discussions to enhance client care and achieve holistic treatment outcomes.

• Provide clients with guidance and resources related to additional mental health services, community support, and coping strategies, fostering a comprehensive approach to their wellness.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including adults and adolescents, who encounter various mental health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license issued by the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
