AstheConstructionSeniorProjectManageratAtmosSolutions,youwilloverseelarge,complexconstructionprojectsfromplanningthroughcloseout,leadingcross-functionalteams,managingbudgetsandschedules,ensuringcompliancewithsafetyandqualitystandards,andservingastheprimaryliaisonwithclientsandstakeholders.Keyresponsibilitiesincludedevelopingprojectplans,controllingcosts,mitigatingrisks,coordinatingwitharchitects,engineers,andsubcontractors,andresolvingtechnicalandoperationalissuestoensureprojectsarecompletedsuccessfullyandefficiently.Thecandidate’sresponsibilitiesincludebutarenotlimitedtothefollowing: ProjectPlanningandCoordination Leadthedevelopmentofprojectplans,schedules,andbudgetsincollaborationwiththeprojectteam. Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,subcontractors,andotherstakeholderstoensureseamlessprojectexecution. Conductregularprojectmeetingstoreviewprogress,identifyissues,andimplementcorrectiveactionsasnecessary. ContractManagement Managecontractsandprocurementprocesses,includingbidevaluations,subcontractorselection,andnegotiationoftermsandconditions. Monitorcontractperformancetoensurecompliancewithprojectrequirementsandspecifications. Resolveanycontractualdisputesorissuesthatmayariseduringthecourseoftheproject. QualityAssuranceandControl Implementqualityassuranceandcontrolprocessestoensurethatconstructionworkmeetsorexceedsindustrystandardsandclientexpectations. Conductregularinspectionsandauditstopromptlyidentifyandaddressqualityissues. Implementbestpracticesforqualitymanagementandcontinuousimprovementthroughouttheprojectlifecycle. RiskManagement Identifypotentialrisksanddevelopmitigationstrategiestominimizetheirimpactonprojectdelivery. Monitorandmanageprojectrisksthroughouttheconstructionprocess,takingproactivemeasurestopreventoraddressissuesastheyarise. Ensurecompliancewithallrelevantsafetyregulationsandstandardstomaintainasafeworkingenvironmentforallprojectstakeholders. ClientCommunicationandRelationshipManagement Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforclients,providingregularupdatesonprojectprogress,milestones,andbudgetaryconsiderations. Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,subcontractors,andotherstakeholderstofacilitateeffectivecommunicationandcollaboration.
