Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator, Neurosurgery

Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt/Salaried

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (No nights, weekends, or holidays)

Situated in the scenic Marquette area, our Brain & Spine department provides a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting that approaches each case with both clinical excellence and compassion.

In the role of RN Coordinator, you will:

• Oversee staff scheduling, educational and developmental activities, and performance assessments.
• Identify and address challenges impacting clinical service delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance studies and support the execution of QA/QI initiatives.
• Act as a resource for staff and external parties regarding patient care, patient flow, and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure departmental adherence to relevant requirements, including accreditation, legal standards, and The Joint Commission guidelines.

Candidates should hold a current RN license in Michigan and have an associate's degree from an accredited nursing institution (a bachelor's degree is preferred).

Additional qualifications include:

• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
• A minimum of 4 years of healthcare experience.
