CNC Industrial Materials Purchaser - Manufacturing Purchasing Coordinator

Overview Republic DFW is seeking a CNC Industrial Materials Purchaser / Manufacturing Purchasing Coordinator to help manufacturing teams source materials, track purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, and support shop-floor production. This role is designed for candidates with purchasing, inventory, material coordination, or industrial office experience who can support CNC and fabrication operations. Responsibilities Coordinate purchase requests for CNC, fabrication, and manufacturing materials. Track supplier quotes, order status, pricing, and delivery timelines. Communicate with vendors, production teams, and internal decision-makers. Help maintain purchasing records, material logs, and supplier information. Support inventory checks, material availability updates, and production coordination. Assist with resolving delivery, quality, or pricing issues. Requirements Purchasing, office coordination, inventory, manufacturing, or supplier communication experience preferred. Experience with CNC, metal fabrication, raw materials, or industrial shops is a plus. Good Excel, Outlook, data entry, and follow-up skills. Strong communication and organization skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Reliable attendance and professional communication.
