Job Description Staffing Recruiter Location: Methuen, MA 01844 Job Type: Full-time, In-Office Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year + Uncapped Commission & Performance Bonuses Edgestone Staffing is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Methuen, MA. In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition efforts across various departments, ensuring we attract top-tier candidates who align with our organizational goals. Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding will help shape the future of our workforce. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses, providing strong earning potential for motivated recruiters. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates across multiple levels and functions Utilize internal databases and sourcing tools to track candidates and maintain recruiting pipelines Conduct research to identify potential talent pools through social media, job boards, campus recruitment, and cold-calling strategies Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans aligned with business objectives Coordinate in-person interviews and build pools of qualified candidates for future placements Recruit using platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Monster Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (Required) Prior staffing agency recruiting experience preferred Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Reliable transportation (Required) Ability to commute to Methuen, MA 01844 (Required) Microsoft Office experience preferred Preferred Experience Staffing agency experience: 2 years (Preferred) Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred) Benefits Uncapped commission structure Performance-based bonuses Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Education High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Languages English (Required) Spanish (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Edgestone Staffing
