About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Patient Engagement to lead and scale a large, distributed team of patient engagement care coaches. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and quality assurance. This role requires a strong operational leader with a proven track record in managing large teams, particularly in the areas of patient engagement, care management, clinical operations, or related fields. The VP will be instrumental in establishing and tracking KPIs to ensure high-quality patient engagement and operational performance, as well as improving processes and workflows to enhance efficiency. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in the relevant fields, with a preference for those with a clinical background or exposure to patient care environments. Experience in telehealth, virtual care, RPM, CCM, or population health is essential, as is a hands-on mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth company. The role also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and ensure a high standard of patient and physician engagement. Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to build and scale teams, are a key requirement, as is experience in owning KPIs and driving measurable outcomes. Familiarity with value-based care models is a plus.
