Description: The Registered Nurse will focus on cardiac telemetry. The position requires working various days of the week on night shifts. Travelers with first-time experience are welcome as long as the experience requirements are met. The nurse will be required to work every other weekend. Floating to meet facility needs is expected. The unit primarily focuses on cardiac patients but also accommodates a variety of medical-surgical patients. Interdisciplinary support is available through various teams. Charting is done using the Epic system. The nurse will work with patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6. The scrub color for this position is navy blue. Assessment and management skills are necessary for various patient care scenarios. Experience in telemetry and remote monitoring is essential. Attention to detail and effective communication are crucial for this role.
