(2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE)

8 HRS PER DAY/ MONDAY - THURSDAY (JUNE 22nd - JULY 31st)

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED required.
A.A. Degree - preferred
Certification in a related field or previous successful office experience required. Computer skills and a working knowledge of office equipment required.
Efficient/accurate keyboarding skills at a minimum of (50 wpm) required.
Ability to maintain standards of confidentiality in a school setting required.
Ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred or required depending on need.
Experience in Excel, or other accounting software highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision required.
Effective time management and organizational skills in order to meet state/school timelines required.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, staff, and community members from diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds.
Experience on WSIPC/Qmlativ system (state's computer system for school/student records) preferred.

Funding reduction may result in collapsing positions, depending on student enrollment to meet grant requirements.
