Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Property/Casualty insurance license (must have currently). Must reside in Colorado. Must have prior State Farm experience. Demonstrated excellence working in State Farm’s proprietary IT systems: ECRM and ABS. Remote Position: Must reside in Colorado and hold an active Property/Casualty insurance license.
