Contract | Days | 36–48 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned patient groups in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care
• Accurately document patient care activities and assessments using electronic medical record systems including Epic and Cerner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification
• Demonstrated experience with both Epic and Cerner EMR systems within the last 5 years; each work history entry must identify the charting system used, with dates provided if multiple systems were used within the same role
• Must have successfully completed prior employment or a contract assignment — no gaps or incomplete assignments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous acute care facility experience
