As a part of our Hospice Center facilitating outpatient care, you will have the flexibility to provide therapy through telemedicine platforms while also meeting patients in person when required. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) as a guide for clinical decision-making.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that consider cultural diversity and the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications\n
