Potential for continued growth as the team evolves, including future support resources as the business scales. WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT This person will support approximately 400 employees. The role will partner closely with operations and sales leaders to coach managers, support employee engagement, and help drive retention. This individual will be heavily involved in employee relations, performance management, compliance, staffing strategy, and organizational change. The business has recently integrated acquired teams, creating a need for HR leadership around manager coaching, hiring practices, and workforce alignment. This is a hands-on HRBP role that requires someone comfortable working closely with the employee population and directly supporting day-to-day business needs. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment. Experience supporting large employee populations, ideally 400+ employees across multiple levels and functions. Previous experience partnering with sales teams is preferred. Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, retention, and manager coaching. Ability to partner closely with recruiting and operations teams on staffing, workforce planning, and organizational changes. Experience within transportation, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, startup, or another high-volume environment would translate well.
